Program Information

The curriculum for the Neuroscience Minor is designed to provide the opportunity for students to learn the fundamentals of the field using both didactic and practical approaches. While the program is housed in the Biology and Psychology Departments, the minor is intended to facilitate cross-disciplinary learning by offering electives from a variety of departments on campus. The requirements for the minor are most easily fulfilled by students majoring in Biology, Psychology, or Physics.  However, it is open to students interested in neuroscience from any discipline, including Anthropology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, and Philosophy.
